{"id":1178,"date":"2020-11-30T14:50:24","date_gmt":"2020-11-30T12:50:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.poulithra.org\/?p=1178"},"modified":"2026-04-20T14:44:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T12:44:59","slug":"epistoli-diamartyrias-gia-tin-vevias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.poulithra.org\/de\/epistoli-diamartyrias-gia-tin-vevias\/","title":{"rendered":"Protestschreiben gegen die \u00fcberst\u00fcrzte Entscheidung des Verwaltungsrats von S\u00fcd-Kynouria f\u00fcr die Errichtung von Windkraftanlagen am Standort \"Koromilia\" (Vaskina), ohne die erforderliche Konsultation der lokalen Interessengruppen und Anwohner."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Montag 30\/11\/2020<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>An:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Stadtrat von S\u00fcd-Kynouria<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">B\u00fcrgermeister von S\u00fcd-Kynouria Herr Lysicatos<\/li>\n<li>Regionalrat des Peloponnes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am Freitag, den 13.11.2020, wurde die Gemeinde aufgefordert, eine Entscheidung \u00fcber die Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeitspr\u00fcfung (UVP) des Projekts \"22 MW SOLARENERGIEERZEUGUNGSANLAGE (EEPP) AM STANDORT \"KOROMILIA\", GEMEINDE VON S\u00dcDKYNOURIEN, P.E. ARKADIA, REGION PELOPONESE\" zu treffen. Der Gemeinderat hat mit 8 Stimmen (8 Ja-Stimmen - 7 Nein-Stimmen - 2 Anwesende und 4 Abwesende) einen positiven Beschluss gefasst \/ eine positive Stellungnahme zur Errichtung des genannten Projekts abgegeben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Das Projekt umfasst die Installation von 11 Windturbinen mit einer Gesamth\u00f6he von 162 m (Mast und Fl\u00fcgel) und einer Gesamtleistung von 22 MW, direkt oberhalb und links des roten Felsens von Leonidi, einem historischen und traditionellen Ort und nur 1800 m von der Siedlung Vaskina entfernt. Die Umsetzung und der Betrieb des Projekts erfordern eine Reihe von Begleitprojekten, wie z.B.:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Er\u00f6ffnung neuer Zufahrtsstra\u00dfen mit einer Gesamtl\u00e4nge von ~5 km<\/li>\n<li>Bau von Pl\u00e4tzen am Fu\u00df jeder Windkraftanlage<\/li>\n<li>Bau eines internen Mittelspannungsnetzes f\u00fcr die Verbindung der Windkraftanlagen mit einer L\u00e4nge von ca. 4.832,96 m.<\/li>\n<li>Bau eines externen Mittelspannungsnetzes f\u00fcr die Verbindung des Windparks mit dem Umspannwerk mit einer L\u00e4nge von ca. 3.373,45 m.<\/li>\n<li>Bau eines Kontrollhauses mit einer Fl\u00e4che von etwa 80 m2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diese Entscheidung sorgte f\u00fcr \u00dcberraschung bei den Akteuren der Region, da der Vorstand vor einigen Tagen einerseits negativ \u00fcber die Installation von A \/ G in Kosmas gestimmt hatte, und andererseits in einem Treffen, das ein Vertreter des Handelsverbands und der Kletter- und Bergsteigervereinigung von Leonid mit dem B\u00fcrgermeister in seinem B\u00fcro hatte, hatte zugesagt, das Gebiet vor Windturbinen zu sch\u00fctzen, nachdem wir ihm gegen\u00fcber unsere Besorgnis \u00fcber die negativen Auswirkungen der Installation von Windturbinen auf die Wirtschaft und den Tourismus des Gebiets, der direkt damit zusammenh\u00e4ngt, zum Ausdruck gebracht hatten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Was hat sich innerhalb weniger Tage ge\u00e4ndert, und was hat der Vorstand positiv entschieden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Wie kann es sein, dass in ganz Griechenland, vor allem in touristischen Gebieten, Einwohner, Institutionen und Gemeinden gegen diese Art von Einrichtungen vorgehen und in unserem Land der Verwaltungsrat selbst den roten Teppich f\u00fcr sie ausrollt? <\/strong>Bereits 27 Gemeinden (darunter die Gemeinde Monemvasia und der Vorsitzende des Zentralverbands der Gemeinden Griechenlands) haben sich gegen Windkraftanlagen ausgesprochen, nicht weil sie gegen erneuerbare Energiequellen sind, sondern wegen des Verfahrens, nach dem die Standorte, Genehmigungen usw. erteilt werden, ohne die besonderen historischen, kulturellen und \u00e4sthetischen Merkmale der Landschaften ihrer Gemeinden, die Tragf\u00e4higkeit ihrer Gebiete und das Gleichgewicht zwischen geringem Energiegewinn und gro\u00dfer Umweltzerst\u00f6rung zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Lesen Sie mehr: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsyn.gr\/ellada\/periballon\/269425_metopo-27-dimarhon-kata-aiolikon\">https:\/\/www.efsyn.gr\/ellada\/periballon\/269425_metopo-27-dimarhon-kata-aiolikon<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Wie kann eine solche Entscheidung, die die Landschaft, das Leben der B\u00fcrger und die Wirtschaft \u00e4sthetisch ver\u00e4ndert, ohne Dialog mit den Institutionen und Verb\u00e4nden des Ortes getroffen werden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Warum wurde der Beschluss des Gemeinderats von Leonidi nicht beachtet, dass <strong>eine negative Stellungnahme abgegeben?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Warum ein Risiko eingehen? <strong>die Zukunft<\/strong> das bereits erfolgreiche touristische Produkt des Ortes, den alternativen Tourismus<strong>;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der Nutzen des Tourismus in der Region wird auf \u00fcber 2,5 Millionen Euro pro Jahr gesch\u00e4tzt (in Hotels, Ferienwohnungen, Airbnb, Gastronomie, Freizeit, Einzelhandel usw.). Warum setzen Sie sie auf <strong>Risiko?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Europa, insbesondere in Frankreich, wirbt das jeweilige Fremdenverkehrsamt f\u00fcr Urlaubsziele <strong>OHNE <\/strong>Windparks!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Wer gewinnt<\/strong> von diesem Projekt profitieren (abgesehen vom Unternehmen) und was ist der wirkliche Nutzen f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrger?<strong>;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Die Entscheidung wurde auf der Grundlage getroffen, dass es dort keine Immobilien gibt<\/strong>. Ist Ihnen bekannt, dass es mehrere tausend Euro teure Anlagen f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Bioprodukten gibt? <strong>MEDIEN <\/strong>in dem von der Gesellschaft begrenzten Gebiet<strong>;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Auch die Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeitsstudie f\u00fcr das Projekt ist <strong>Ungenaue<\/strong> in Bezug auf die visuelle Beeintr\u00e4chtigung durch Leonidio. Er wird von einem Bezugspunkt im Zentrum (Merikaki-Platz) aus untersucht und nicht aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln der Siedlung. Der Park <strong>ES WIRD VON DER L\u00d6WENGRUBE AUS SICHTBAR SEIN.<\/strong> (S. 165), nur nicht von der Mittelachse aus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00fcr viele mag das alles extrem klingen, aber in diesen Angelegenheiten kommt die Gerechtigkeit nur langsam voran. H\u00e4tte man zum Beispiel vor einigen Jahren die Fischzuchtanlage in der St. George's Bay (Pulithra) bauen lassen, h\u00e4tten wir denselben Tourismus, dieselbe Qualit\u00e4t der Str\u00e4nde usw. gehabt.<strong>;<\/strong> Nein! Daher wurde zu Recht beschlossen, sie an ihren jetzigen Standort zu verlegen, wo sie kaum oder gar nicht gest\u00f6rt werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wir betonen, dass wir nicht gegen erneuerbare Energien (in all ihren Formen) sind, aber f\u00fcr Projekte dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung ist eine Raumplanung unerl\u00e4sslich!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der alternative Tourismus, der so sehr als Perspektive angepriesen wird, muss vor den Industrien, die den Ort ausbeuten, verteidigt werden. All diese Touristen, die wir haben, kommen nicht wegen des wilden Vergn\u00fcgens. Sie kommen, um die friedliche und sanfte Landschaft zu genie\u00dfen, f\u00fcr deren Zerst\u00f6rung Sie sich verpflichtet haben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Touristen, mit denen wir tagt\u00e4glich in Kontakt kommen, schlagen Alarm: Wenn Windturbinen installiert werden, wird der Tourismus dramatisch zur\u00fcckgehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sie wissen, dass die ausl\u00e4ndischen Einwohner, die in den Landerwerb investiert und in dem Gebiet H\u00e4user gebaut haben, gro\u00dfe Bedenken gegen die Windturbinen ge\u00e4u\u00dfert haben, und einige von ihnen haben erkl\u00e4rt, dass sie im Falle ihrer Installation alles verkaufen und wegziehen werden.<strong>;<\/strong> Sie k\u00f6nnen also sehen, wie gro\u00dfartig <strong>Minderung des Wertes von Grundst\u00fccken<\/strong> reden wir?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Demokratie mag die beste Regierungsform sein, aber sie verlangt vom gew\u00e4hlten Volk, dass es <strong><u>ihren W\u00e4hlern gegen\u00fcber Rechenschaft \u00fcber ihr Handeln ablegen, Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen und vor allem Entscheidungen im Interesse der B\u00fcrger treffen und mit allen Mitteln unterst\u00fctzen<\/u><\/strong><u> <strong>vertreten.<\/strong><\/u>. Stattdessen <strong>eine<\/strong> von lokalen Verb\u00e4nden, Einrichtungen und B\u00fcrgern wurden nicht konsultiert oder informiert, obwohl dies in dem Dokument des Regionalrats Nr. 253009\/61324\/23-10-2020 vorgesehen war!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Angesichts der obigen Ausf\u00fchrungen und weil:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Wir glauben, dass viele Ratsmitglieder daf\u00fcr gestimmt haben, ohne zu wissen <u>das Ausma\u00df der negativen Auswirkungen<\/u> (Fremdenverkehr, lokale Wirtschaft usw.) sowie die Tatsache, dass es in dem Gebiet Grundst\u00fccke gibt, die f\u00fcr die Anlage reserviert sind.<\/li>\n<li>Das Ergebnis zu Gunsten der Anlage war <u>geringf\u00fcgig positiv<\/u> 8 daf\u00fcr - 7 dagegen, 4 Ratsmitglieder waren abwesend und 2 enthielten sich der Stimme, da sie der Meinung waren, dass B\u00fcrger und Interessenvertreter konsultiert werden sollten<\/li>\n<li>Die Interessengruppen (kommunale Berufsverb\u00e4nde, Hoteliervereinigungen und Verb\u00e4nde der Zimmervermieter usw.) wurden nie zu einem solchen Projekt konsultiert. <u>wichtiges Thema<\/u>nicht einmal die Einwohner von Vaskina!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Wir fordern den Stadtrat auf, die Angelegenheit unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Meinung der B\u00fcrger und der lokalen Interessengruppen erneut in den n\u00e4chsten Ausschuss einzubringen und eine Entscheidung mit einem vollst\u00e4ndigen Quorum von Ratsmitgliedern zu treffen. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unser Ort ist nicht nur ein sch\u00f6ner Ort zum Besuchen, sondern auch ein wunderbarer Ort zum Leben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lasst uns ihn besch\u00fctzen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Der Unterzeichner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Klettern - Bergsteigerclub von Leonidi<\/li>\n<li>Handelsverband Leonidi \"Neue \u00c4ra\"<\/li>\n<li>Verband der Hoteliers und Eigent\u00fcmer von Mietunterk\u00fcnften in der Gemeinde S\u00fcd-Kynouria<\/li>\n<li>Kultur- und Freizeitverein der Poulithriots \"Die Polichni\"<\/li>\n<li>Wanderverein Tyros \"Die Chacones-Wanderer\"<\/li>\n<li>Verein \"Das Tsakonoparea\"<\/li>\n<li>Eigent\u00fcmer von Pflanzen aus dem Gebiet der Anlage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montag 30\/11\/2020 To.
